Purpose

Science Games 2023 is going virtual again this year with a focus on collaboration, connection, discovery, and fun! This 3-week program during February will include weekly challenges for students in Grades 1–6. Students will participate in small groups and have 2–3 mentors lead them through weekly challenges. Mentors will have an impactful role on each of our student participants as each mentor will have the chance to showcase exciting and fun aspects of engineering and geoscience. Mentors play a significant role encouraging participants’ interest in science and building their confidence in this area.

Engineers and Geoscientists BC is looking for volunteer Mentors who showcase the diversity of our professions and are passionate about engaging the next generation of engineers and geoscientists. Interested volunteer can sign up now using our online Volunteer Form.
