Initiatives and Consultations

Initiatives

Engineers and Geoscientists BC promotes and supports initiatives that help foster the engineering and geoscience professions. Initiatives that we currently advocate are gender diverse workplaces, National Engineering and Geoscience Month, scholarships and assistance, as well as the School Seismic Upgrade Program.

Gender Diverse Workplaces

There is great value in having a gender diverse workplace, both for the growth of the engineering and geoscience professions, and for the retention of those already in these professions.
