Response to COVID-19
The well-being and safety of our employees and our community is our top priority.
Effective March 17, 2020, the Engineers and Geoscientists BC office will be temporarily closed to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Our staff are working remotely to continue to support our operations.
Where possible, we will continue with planned meetings using video and teleconference tools.
Please contact us at [email protected].
If you have questions about scheduled meetings, please contact the meeting organizer directly.
If you are registered for an event hosted by Engineers and Geoscientists BC or one of its regional branches, please contact the event organizer directly.
At this time, we plan to still hold the 2020 Annual Conference and AGM as planned.
We are closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and will reassess this decision if needed, based on the advice from provincial health officials. Our conference webpage will be updated with the latest information.
To help support current and prospective applicants with their applications, and to provide information on temporary measures that Engineers and Geoscientists BC has recently implemented, please visit the Registration Process Changes: COVID-19 page for guidance.
If you have questions related to the registration process please contact the Registration department at [email protected].
To help support registrants in understanding their professional obligations during this time, and to address common questions we're receiving, we've published a dedicated COVID-19 Practice Advice and Guidance page.
If you have questions about a practice-related matter, including how to use digital seals and signatures, please contact a Practice Advisor at [email protected].
We will continue to monitor developing information related to COVID-19, and will keep this page updated with any additional measures we are taking as the situation evolves.
