This position reports to Reliability Lead.

What you will do:

  • Identify bad actors and threats to production;
  • Focus on asset reliability;
  • Responsible for the optimization of asset maintenance strategy;
  • Coaching in supporting root cause analysis, reliability modelling, and standardization of downtime costs;
  • Development and documentation of standard work procedures;
  • Accountable for management of reliability documents and processes for sustainability; and
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement culture through reliability improvement requests.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical, electrical or related maintenance engineer discipline;
  • Professional engineer designation;
  • 4–6 years experience in Reliability Engineering Team environment;
  • Microsoft Office;
  • RCMII, RCA, FMEA, CBM;
  • Reliability modelling;
  • Oracle, SAP;
  • Other EAM systems;
  • Safety commitment;
  • Ability to lead and develop; and
  • Coaching and mentoring skills.
