Microsoft is still one of the most used Email platforms in the world, but studies show we only use 10-15% of its capabilities. Learn to take control of your email and your Outlook! Tired of duplicate contacts? You don't know how to invite someone to a meeting? Why aren't your contacts updating? This workshop shows you how to stay on top of your work by learning some awesome organizational and productivity skills. We use Microsoft Outlook 2010 to show you but these rules and processes apply to all email clients (Google, Entourage, Outlook express, etc). Discover how your Smartphone (BlackBerry, iPhone, Samsung, etc.) syncs and reads from your email client.

She is all about technology certified as a Novell Systems Engineer, Microsoft support specialist and a certified BlackBerry Specialist.
