The Morning: Managing Energy, not Time
Armed with the latest productivity research, participants will create an action plan for renewing and sustaining the energy to work better, smarter, and more efficiently. They will understand why willpower and old-school time management practices simply cannot succeed anymore. They will also connect the dots between their core values, their interests in career achievement, and their exasperation with demands at work and home. Most important, participants will leave with fresh enthusiasm for the possibilities of 1) changing unproductive habits, 2) sustaining optimal performance in the workplace, and 3) feeling better about life in general.
The Afternoon: Applications in the Workplace
Participants will understand how their current workflow management methods drain energy and focus. They will take action items from the morning session and develop strategies for restructure that maximize time and energy. Critical to the successful implementation of these processes, participants will also learn how build energy reserves by better managing stress and pressure. They will leave the seminar with more than a clearly outlined path from chaos to order; they’ll also know how to sustain the enthusiasm and motivation to implement it. In short, they’ll know how to be more efficient, creative, productive, and happier within their current circumstances.
