Description:
Delve into the secrets of the Phillips Brewing Company’s Production and Bottling Facilities with one of their own engineering experts. The tour will begin in the brew house, where the brewing process and equipment required will be explained, as well as a brief history of Phillips Brewing Company operations. We will then walk through the newly expanded tank farm, followed by the packaging room/bottling line, and the milling room where on-site repairs are conducted.

Our tour guide will answer specific questions pertaining to the equipment and brewery operations throughout the tour, and samples of Phillips Brewing Company beers will be available for tasting after the brewery tour. Please enjoy responsibly and arrange for suitable transportation.

The $24/per person cost includes the brewery tour, beer samples following the tour and an a la carte dinner at Canoe Brewpub where attendees will have their choice of a beef or vegie burger with fries, soup or salad and chocolate cake for dessert.
