The building is accessible from Edmonds Skytrain Station or free street parking is available on 20th Street and Station Hill Drive.
Cost: $15 for members and guests who pre-register online at APEGBC.

EIT/GIT Seminar "How to Obtain Your Professional Engineering or Geoscience Designation" . Organized by the Tri-City and Vancouver Branches of APEGBC
Learn about the professional registration process to become a P.Eng. or P.Geo. After a short networking opportunity, the speaker will discuss the benefits of becoming a P.Eng/P.Geo, application forms, the law and ethics seminar, the ethics test, examples of applicable experience, how to record/document experience and more.

Questions: Registrants are encouraged to submit questions that they would like answered by the speaker prior to the event. Submit your questions during the online registration process (you may do so at step 4 ). Time permitting, these questions will be answered during the Frequently Asked Questions segment of the evening.

Speaker: Jason Ong is the Manager for Member-in-Training Programs for the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of B.C. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing the internship periods for Engineers-in-Training (EIT’s) and Geoscientists-in-Training (GIT’s). This involves processing applications as well as maintaining the EIT/GIT Online Experience Reporting System. He also currently oversees all applications for Professional Geoscience licensure and coordinates the Professional Practice Examination.
