APEGBC Mentoring Program Mix & Mingle. APEGBC is pleased to invite you to the annual Mentoring Program's Mix and Mingle Event. Come meet with other mentors and mentees and share your experiences. This event will include a presentation on mentoring and emotional intelligence as well as tips from a current mentor.

The evening's agenda is as follows:
4:30pm - 5:00pm - Registration
5:00pm - 5:45pm – Introduction and Presentation

5:45pm - 7:00pm - Mix and Mingle
 
*Light refreshments and appetizers will be provided after the presentation. A cash bar will also be available.

Details on Presentations:
Russell Cullingworth, MBA, Founder & President of EQAdvantage Learning & Development Inc., will be discussing the importance of Emotional Intelligence in the Mentoring relationship and will focus on the four competencies of Emotional Intelligence. The goal of the session will be to learn how to create rapport and trust, and earn permission to lead and influence others.
 
Eric Cardey, P.Eng. is a current APEGBC mentor and has over 40 years of industry experience both locally and internationally. Eric will be sharing his experience mentoring both aspiring and professional members as well as providing tips on how to get more out of your relationship.
