The Ministry of Education/APEGBC is pleased to offer the TRB-PDR and SRG3 Update and Mini Workshop on Friday, June 19, 2015. This half day training workshop is designed to update engineers on the role of the Technical Review Board (TRB) in reviewing Project Definition Reports (PDRs) developed for school seismic upgrades; the inclusion of non-structural upgrades as part of the PDR process; and the development of the Seismic Retrofit Guidelines 3rd Edition (SRG3). As required by the BC Ministry of Education, a PDR is an essential and mandatory document required in order to implement the seismic upgrade of a school.
