Referencing the latest research on neuroscience, leaders can improve their capacity to understand and improve the quality of their everyday interactions with others. Take your leadership to the next level by leading with the 'Brain in Mind'. In this workshop you will learn how to:
  • Understand the five elements of a brain-friendly model to collaborate and influence others successfully.
  • Regulate emotional responses to allow for higher level of thinking.
  • Modify your own and other people’s behaviour to minimize negative and maximize positive emotions towards an event.
  • Maintain engagement and motivation of employees during change
  • Integrate goal setting with brain science to influence workplace productivity.
  • Deepen your leadership skills by applying recent neuroscience research to everyday leadership practices.

Since 1991 Jenny has collaborated with clients to improve the performance of individuals and organizations by providing customized professional development solutions. She specializes in leadership development, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, strategic planning, learning and organization development. 
 
Jenny recently successfully completed the Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute and combines forward thinking leadership practices into powerful learning solutions and engaged workplace environments. Her strengths include customizing and designing relevant-practical workshops utilizing accelerated learning methods and neuroscience applications, coaching, facilitating high impact learning workshops, and linking performance solutions to the big picture. She has an innate ability to connect with all levels of leaders from the emerging leader up to the executive/senior level.
