6:00 pm - 6:30 pm - Announcements
6:30 pm - Beginning of Annual General Meeting
The AGM will start at 6:30 pm sharp and will cover the following:
Approval of the agenda
Introduction of 2014/2015 Branch Executives and Members-at-Large
Recap of Branch activities over the past year
Review of the Branch financial statements
UBCO Engineering and Geoscience Scholarship update
Okanagan Branch Executive 2015/2016 vote
Tentative schedule for 2015/2016 activities
