Ray Hebden, P.Eng., is a structural engineer who offers design expertise in marine transportation facilities. He will be presenting on seismic risk to transportation links between Vancouver Island, coastal communities, and mainland BC. When the next large earthquake comes, how will the ferry service that connects these communities be affected?
