Have you ever wondered why organizational change is difficult to accept? What about a personal fitness plan – what helps you follow through? This workshop is designed to help you understand what motivates and inhibits change so you can embrace it and help others to do so, as well.

Barbara Thomas is a professional engineer and certified executive coach with Madrona Coaching in Nanaimo BC. She is a regular contributor to workshops with Leadership Vancouver Island and a speaker at professional conferences. She believes that engineering and coaching have a lot in common – both help people lead happier lives.
