Electronic communication, the use of the written word, is taking business communications by storm. Be it one on one or presenting to an audience, your words, tone and body language must be in peak shape to achieve the success you strive for in your workplace every working day.

Learning about other personality types will help you to adjust your pattern of written and verbal delivery, and it’s so interesting to see how this plays out. There is an easy formula you can use when a sensitive issue needs to be dealt with, you will learn the W.I.N. formula and have a chance to practice its application.
 
This seminar will focus on positivity in speech and empowering ourselves and others through the spoken word. Do you think you are a praise worthy listener? Your listening skills will be assessed and heightened as we examine the lost art of listening.
 
This is a fun, enlightening and interactive course relevant to all levels.

  • Manage sensitive and conflictual situations by using the simple WIN formula
  • Learn how to present, captivate and inspire an audience in a board room and in a presentation
  • Using vocabulary to your advantage in your written messaging
