APEGBC Mentoring Program Mix & Mingle. APEGBC is pleased to invite you to the annual Mentoring Program's Mix and Mingle Event. Come meet with other mentors and mentees and share your experiences. This event will include a presentation on mentoring and how to get more out of your mentoring relationship.

This event is open to all program participants whether you are matched or not as well as individuals who are not currently part of the mentoring program.

Presentation:

Keith Recsky, P.Eng. is the current chair for the APEGBC Mentoring Committee and the Vice-Chair for the Okanagan branch. He has been Professional Engineer with APEGBC for 35 years and has avidly promoted mentoring throughout his career.

Anyone who has been involved with the mentoring process, either as a mentee or as a mentor, knows that it can be extremely rewarding,  extremely frustrating or anywhere in between. There are things that both mentees and mentors can do to get the most out of their relationship. Keith will be providing his thoughts and experiences on how to manage your mentoring relationship.

*Light refreshments and appetizers will be provided after the presentation. A cash bar will also be available.
