This seminar is designed for engineers, architects, or technologists working in the field of building science. It is specifically intended for professionals who intend to conduct contingency reserve fund studies and prepare depreciation reports for residential, commercial, or institutional structures.
Martin Gerskup Architect, Architect AIBC, OAA, MRAIC, is President of BEST Consultants Martin Gerskup Architect Inc. in Ontario and President of BEST Consultants Building Science Engineering Inc. in British Columbia.
He is a member of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia and the Ontario Association of Architects, and has taught as an Assistant Adjunct Professor and tutor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design and for the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science at Ryerson University.
Martin has 30 years of experience in the field of building condition assessments, reserve fund studies, construction and restoration, and has worked on well over 1000 buildings and structures.
