*Attendee must have completed the basic Microsoft Project Training Workshop on January 19 & 20, 2016 (or a previous session in 2015).* This Expert course is for participants who have completed the Core Project course and who want to gain further skills in creating customized reports, running or overseeing multiple projects, the use of a shared resource pool and exporting to Excel. The course will also build skills and strategies for creating organizational templates that will created standardized Projects across the company.

  • Creating customized reports
  • Conditional Formatting applied to Gant chart
  • Customized tables and fields
  • Display progress lines, apply earned value tables, and conduct pert analysis 
  • Creating master projects, insert and work with subprojects, and create links to external tasks 
  • Creating and sharing a resource pool 
  • Exporting to Excel
  • Creating and sharing organizational Project templates
