Please join the Vancouver Island Branch for an afternoon workshop titled "Change:Sticking with it". For more details on this event please see below.

Change is usually uncomfortable for us. Why is that? This workshop is designed to help you understand what makes us resist change and what motivates us to embrace it. We will explore related neuroscience, measurable goals, and the formula for effective change. You will leave with concrete steps to implement change the next day and beyond.

Barbara Thomas is a professional engineer and certified executive coach with Madrona Coaching in Nanaimo BC.
