Eamonn knows how to overcome obstacles, as he literally went from the stock room to the board room, from a midnight shift production supervisor to executive with leading global companies, from sleeping in his car to owning a historic ranch, from a C student in high school to an electrical engineering degree and MBA in finance.   He understands the real-life struggles people face each day, and knows how to help people overcome those struggles.

What makes Eamonn different is his real life experience in actually running companies.  So he knows what CEOs and business leaders face each day.  He has a pragmatic approach to business growth, based on his unique combination of technical, business and leadership skills, and his 25 years of real-life experience of running companies.

Eamonn gets results.  He has personally coached more than 100 business leaders since 2004, helping create millions in shareholder value.  As an executive he led two successful turnarounds of struggling companies.  Both achieved record growth (sales and/or unit output), balance sheet improvements with significant working capital growth, and strong EBITDA.
