Join us for a short networking session followed by a dinner presentation on the topic of LNG Fuel Bunkering. LNG Bunkering is the practice of providing liquefied natural gas fuel to a ship for its own consumption. The session will cover the bunkering of LNG fueled vessels including the custom on-board LNG bunkering solution developed in part by FortisBC and some of the challenges experienced to bring this technology to market. Please read full description below for more detail.

Jorge will also speak to current bunkering regulations, guidelines, best practices, and training processes, which have been established to ensure safe bunkering operations. As Jorge is the LNG Industrial Applications Manager in charge of the engineering of innovative LNG solutions, he will touch on LNG as fuel for industrial applications and LNG as marine fuel.
