Please join the Northern Branch for a field trip of two sites and a dinner presentation. This will also be the Northern Branch Annual General Meeting. Please see below for a schedule.

The tour will be meeting at 3320 Kalum Street, Terrace, BC.


Time Description
2:00 PM–3:00 PM Field trip to the Terrace pool which is currently under construction for the replacement of the old swimming pool. Presentered by Floyd Mann, AScT, Project Manager with the City of Terrace.
3:00 PM–4:00 PM Geoscience field trip which includes a review of outcrop near the Old Bridge.
4:00 PM–5:00 PM Dinner Presentation: "Climate Change in Northwest BC: What to expect as our reservoirs of Ice and Snow Disappear. Presented by Matthew J. Beedle, PhD, Professor of Geography, and Gordon Weary, P.Geo., Professor at Northwest Community College.

5:00 PM–7:00 PM Dinner, AGM and Branding Presentation by Maria-Carmen Kelly
