Ryan Chalmers,
Partner, Dentons

Ryan is a partner in the Construction, Infrastructure, Public-Private Partnerships (P3) and projects practice groups specializing in advising on, drafting and negotiating contracts. Ryan advises on, drafts and negotiates concession, design build, operation, maintenance and rehabilitation agreements as part of major infrastructure projects across Canada. He also has extensive experience with services agreements for various engineering related mandates.

Stephen Coyle
Partner, Dentons

As a partner at Dentons, Stephen Coyle works with Dentons' Construction/Infrastructure Practice Group and Municipal Law. He is also frequently engaged in the practice of insurance law, litigation and dispute resolution as that practice relates to general construction disputes, coverage disputes, professional liability and municipal construction disputes.
