In today's highly competitive environment, there is only one chance to make a great first impression. While engineering firms prefer to be judged by their services, the reality is that they're often judged by the image of their people and the initial impression they create. In essence, it's their brand, and all employees are brand ambassadors.

All successful business is about relationships. How employees look, speak, and interact with others affects the business/purchase decisions of customers and clients and their relationship with the organization.

Join Joanne Blake as she provides her top tips for achieving brand congruence through one's appearance, behaviour, and communication.

Webinar learning outcomes

  1. Identify the key elements of a corporate brand and how organizations are using their brand to attract top talent and a loyal customer following.
  2. Learn the 3 key elements of a personal brand identity and how to promote your brand face to face and digitally.
  3. Acquire concrete ways to use your brand to support organization’s brand at all your points of contact.
  4. Learn how to harness the power of etiquette and image to build strong relationships and achieve your career goals.

If you enjoy this webinar we invite you to register for our one day Engineering Your Professionalism seminar on June 15th 2018 which builds on the skills introduced in the webinar.
