Learn key setting changes in Outlook and a handful of keyboard shortcuts that can eliminate 100's of mouse clicks per day. These tips will keep you more focused on what is most important in your day and help you better manage and delegate work. Learn how to manage small projects of 5 to 20 tasks directly from Outlook. Finally, learn how Microsoft OneNote integrates with Outlook and can be used as a powerful tool to manage meeting agendas and minutes and also how OneNote can help manage the documents, emails, and notes that need to be shared with a Project Team.

Instructor

Frank Byl

President, Owner, PowerConcepts

Frank grew up in Burnaby, BC, in a Dutch immigrant family. After graduating from Simon Fraser University, he taught high school and volunteered in Hawaii and the Philippines before permanently settling in Kelowna. He founded PowerConcepts in 1998 at the height of the Y2K scare. Since then, Frank has obtained his Microsoft Master Instructor certification and helped thousands of clients to hone their computer skills. In his spare time, he plays rugby with the Kelowna Vicars and enjoys almost every outdoor activity from sailing to hiking.
