Cost:

$14.29 + GST = $15.00 for members and guests who pre-register online.

$19.05 + GST = $20.00 for late registrations at the door (space permitting only).

After a short networking opportunity, the speaker will discuss the benefits of becoming a P.Eng/P.Geo., application forms, the law and ethics seminar, the ethics test, examples of applicable experience, how to record and document experience, and more. Note that the EIT/GIT Experience Reporting System and process has changed considerably over the past few years, and this session will go over the current requirements.

Caroline Westra, B.Eng.

Manager, Academic and Experience Assessment, Engineers and Geoscientists BC

Caroline Westra has bachelor’s a degree in physics and in mechanical engineering. She is responsible for overseeing the academic and experience assessments for all engineering applications and is involved in the development and implementation of process improvements.
