The 30 by 30 goal is the commitment by Engineers Canada to raise the percentage of newly licensed engineers that are women to 30% by the year 2030 and has been adopted by engineering regulators across the country. At this breakfast session, you will hear from Engineers and Geoscientists BC's Vice President, Kathy Tarnai-Lokhorst, who will talk about initiatives and ways to proactively attract and retain women in engineering, as well as how to actively participate in making this possible. A hot breakfast is included with catering by the Blue Crab Restaurant.
