In the session, we will explore how to navigate organizational dynamics and use them to your advantage. We will also discuss what it means to develop an authentic leadership style that will help you forge strong relationships and build political capital every time you communicate.

This program goes beyond the mastery of leadership skills and will show you how to communicate within your organization to achieve still greater career success.
