Once again we are delighted to help out with some much needed and appreciated "grounds-keeping" chores at McQueen Lake. This is a family oriented event where we will all have been given an opportunity to help out with some spring cleaning work. It may involve removing brush, painting tables, cleaning trails so bring appropriate clothing including work gloves, boots etc. Bring additional gear if you would like to help out with tasks requiring a chainsaw. There will be a tour of the facilities for anyone who is interested. After the work is done, you may want to take advantage of the trails in the area and go for a hike!

For your help, a BBQ lunch will be provided. There will be burgers, hot dogs, drinks, and snacks. Please register in advance so we have enough supplies on hand for lunch. If there are dietary restrictions, please let us know in your registration and we will make veggie burgers available.

For directions please, see below.

We will be meeting at the McQueen Lake Environmental Education Centre, located 16 kilometres northwest of Kamloops, off Lac Du Bois Road.
