An introduction to Taking the Stage® and Succeeding on Stage™. The Humphrey Group has developed Taking the Stage® and Succeeding on Stage™ as two high-impact programs that enable women leaders to project a powerful leadership presence that commands recognition and respect. In these programs, you will learn to unlock the power of your voice, excel in the spotlight, and advance in the corporate world. This introductory 1.5 hour webinar will focus on some fundamental concepts that will be expanded on during these courses, specifically: adopting a leader's mindset and communicating your thinking persuasively.

This is a supplementary session to the Women in Leadership series, Taking the Stage®, scheduled on April 16, 2020 and Succeeding on Stage™, scheduled on April 17, 2020.

Adopt the Leader's Mindset

9:00 AM–9:30 AM

  • Six guiding principles to communicate like a leader, and
  • An introduction to Taking the Stage and Succeeding the Stage.

Articulate Your Thinking Effectively

9:30 AM–10:30 AM

  • An introduction to the Leader's Script®. A communication tool to organize your thinking,
  • Define your topic,
  • Develop a focused message, and
  • Close with a call to action.

Workshop

Participants will create an outline for an upcoming communication (i.e., a call with a client, a conversation with a colleague) where they wish to influence and inspire action.

Ms. Diana Pavlovská

The Humphrey Group

Diana is a Consultant based in Vancouver who works with our clients globally. She has developed a reputation for excellence in both her group training and individual coaching with senior leaders from various industries including energy, infrastructure, technology, and finance. Diana believes the most important area of her work is helping leaders find their voice. She is an expert in delivering presence coaching, which she has cultivated through her diverse background and coaching in the film and television industry. Diana is passionate about developing leaders at all levels of an organization. She specializes in helping her clients communicate authentically and become recognized by their organizations as confident leaders with polished executive presence. A featured Keynote speaker across Canada, Diana received her BFA from the University of Regina, with a Minor in Psychology. Diana is an award-winning professional film and television actor.
