Event Description

Today's team leaders feel constant pressure to innovate and position their products, services, teams, and themselves more creatively than ever before. In our highly diverse workplaces, cultural and diversity intelligence is critical to achieving these goals. Diversity extends beyond race, ethnicity, religion, culture, or newcomer status, to include factors such as geography, language, politics, gender, beliefs, economic status, abilities, skills, and interests. By aligning diversity intelligence with leadership values, strategies, and communication practices to ensure a truly collaborative, inclusive, and engaging work culture environment, we can inspire high performance teams to manage the change that is inevitable with innovation in the 21st century.

About the Event

This webinar helps leaders use diversity intelligence to manage team relationships and move their team engagement levels to drive performance. People from different backgrounds, cultures, countries, sexes, and ages have different approaches to communication, motivation, and idea creation—by expanding your awareness of diversity, you can create as much opportunity for people to feel empowered and watch innovation thrive as much as your team.

This webinar will enable participants to understand how diversity intelligence can be used to create a culture where people and performance thrive, driving innovation. More specifically, it will enable participants to use enhanced diversity awareness for:

  • Supporting recruitment challenges and skills shortages;
  • Improving employee satisfaction and retention;
  • Providing better client service;
  • Broadening community engagement;
  • Fostering innovation and problem-solving skills; and
  • Promoting organizational values more fully.
