About the Event

Experience and competency in their area of expertise is not sufficient to be considered a Qualified Person for the subject matter on which they are providing a professional opinion. There is also an expectation for the Qualified Person to maintain a knowledge and understanding of the principles behind the disclosure standards of NI 43-101, as well as the professional practice documents that are referenced in NI 43-101. Consequences of not meeting this level of understanding will be discussed throughout the presentation.
