More than ever, individuals at work want a leader whom they can trust, someone with whose values and character they can identify. In short, they want to be lead by a person who is genuine. The most impactful leaders demonstrate a passion for their purpose; they are driven by vision and connected to their values, while still being able to share their weaknesses and fears. Authentic leaders have the privilege to be transformational leaders who can motivate other people to leave their mark. They don't do this by emulating the style of other leaders. Instead, they have found a way to be more of themselves - but with more skill.

Benefits of Attending

This presentation provides you with a blueprint to help build your authenticity as a leader.

  • Understand the 5 dimensions of Leader based on the theory of "Authentic Leadership".
  • Ways to motivate others to achieve their potential.
  • Understand how to be "more true to yourself" as you lead, resistant to being led by others' expectations.
  • How to develop trusting connections with others.

Intended Audience

Anyone who is in a position of influencing the thinking and development of another; in other words: leaders, managers, supervisors, and staff level employees. Everyone.

Attendee Participation

Highly interactive, fast paced, and engaging. Participants will also be asked to assess themselves in the 5 dimensions of their leadership.
