Event Description

The Broadway Subway Project is a tunneled extension of the Millennium Line Skytrain. It aims to provide BC's second largest employment district with an increase in much needed transit capacity.

About the Event

The 5.7 km long extension will start at VCC-Clark and end at Broadway and Arbutus where it will be connected to UBC via 99 B-Line. The Broadway Subway Project, on schedule to be completed by 2025, will reduce traffic congestion and air pollution while increasing the region’s growth and prosperity.
