Engineers and Geoscientists BC is pleased to invite you to the Mentoring Program webinar. This event is open to all program participants whether you are currently matched or unmatched, as well as individuals who are not currently part of the Mentoring Program.

Carrie Gallant, J.D.

The Gallant Leader™ Institute and Gallant Solutions Inc.

Carrie Gallant is a dynamic speaker, executive leadership coach, and negotiation strategist, a former practising lawyer and adjunct law professor. She is President of Gallant Solutions Inc., founder of The Gallant Leader™ Institute and the E.A.R.N. Your Worth™ Leaders Lab.

Carrie specializes in helping clients master their mindset, imposter feelings, and key leadership skills in negotiation and influence, strategic decision-making, managing conflict, and difficult conversations. She has mentored women leaders for the YWCA Connect to Success Program, new entrepreneurs for Futurpreneur Canada and new mediators for the CoRe Conflict Resolution Society.

She is a licensed Associate with the Imposter Syndrome Institute, and certified in Conversational Intelligence®, Authentic Leadership Conversations™ and Authentic Leadership for Teams™, and a qualified assessor in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®).

Carrie was adjunct professor at UBC’s Faculty of Law for 9 years, and taught previously at the Universities of Toronto and Windsor, and York University.
