Event Description


Join the Richmond/Delta Branch for its annual bridge building competition. The goal of this event is to promote the awareness of the engineering and geoscience industry through a fun learning environment. This year's event will be in person and will feature a bridge showcase, live testing, and science tutorials. Participants are required to bring their pre-constructed bridges to the venue.

About the Event


Engineers and Geoscientists BC Richmond/Delta Branch has worked with academic, industry, and community organizations to bring this fun-filled event in the heart of Richmond. Rain or shine, we will be there. Come out with your family and friends and enjoy your day!

  • Browse through various engineering students' projects.
  • Visit informational booths of engineering companies.
  • Learn about the works of the City of Richmond Engineering Division.
  • Participate in various contests and competitions.
  • Most importantly, participate in the Bridge Building Competition!
