It is specifically intended for professionals who must deal with the assessment of existing residential, commercial, or institutional structures, and the preparation of contingency plans based on those assessments.
This seminar has no prerequisites; however, a background in building science or forensic architecture/engineering is recommended.

Martin is a member of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia and the Ontario Association of Architects, and has taught as an Assistant Adjunct Professor and tutor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design as well as for the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science at Ryerson University. Martin has 35 years of experience in the field of building condition assessments and reserve fund studies, and has worked on well over 1,000 buildings and structures.
