Career Awareness Grant Request Form

Engineers and Geoscientists BC is committed to supporting organizations and groups that develop science, engineering, and geoscience skills and interests in students.

We evaluate each request for alignment with our organization’s outreach goals and aim to support as many requests as possible within our limited budget. Please allow 4–6 weeks to receive a response.

By submitting this application I confirm that I have the authority to submit this request and agree to the conditions described below.

  1. All information contained herein is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I have read the Agreement above and agree to all the terms therein. I acknowledge that the information collected on this form will be retained and used by Engineers and Geoscientists BC for the purpose of evaluating my/our application for grant funding/support;
  2. Should Engineers and Geoscientists BC agree to provide support for the initiative proposed in this application, I agree that information about this initiative may be included in Engineers and Geoscientists BC communications materials;
  3. Should Engineers and Geoscientists BC agree to provide support for the initiative proposed in this application, I agree to abide by any sponsorship or partnership rules agreed upon with Engineers and Geoscientists BC; and
  4. Should Engineers and Geoscientists BC agree to provide support for the initiative proposed in this application, I agree to complete a project or event evaluation after the initiative has taken place.

Note: If your application is approved, in whole or in part you may be required to submit a follow up report after your project or initiative.
