First 3 hours: Free (must register plate at machine in parking lot).
Additional hours after this: $3.00 per hour
Cost: Engineers and Geoscientists BC Member and EIT/GIT Regular Price: $50.00 + GST = $52.50

Non-Member Price: $55.00 + GST = $57.75

Student Member Price: $25.00 + GST = $26.25

In addition to the Vice President's address scheduled for the evening, there will be an update on the Professional Governance Act and we will be holding our Branch AGM as part of this event. For more information on the Professional Governance Act and the topics that will be referred to during this presentation, please refer to our recent article The Current Status of the Professional Governance Act. These topics include:

  • When the Act will come into force;
  • The process for nominating members to run for election to Council;
  • Regulation of firms;
  • Competency and Conflict of Interest Declarations; and
  • Independent practice rights of professionals.
