This course is designed for professionals who deal with the bidding, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award phases of construction projects in their capacity as a project manager, consultant, or owner’s representative.
This course has no prerequisites; however, a basic understanding of project delivery methodology and contract administration is suggested.
Martin is a member of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia and the Ontario Association of Architects, and has taught as an Assistant Adjunct Professor and tutor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design as well as for the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science at Ryerson University. Martin has 35 years of experience in the field of building condition assessments and reserve fund studies, and has worked on well over 1,000 buildings and structures.
Mitchell has over 15 years of experience in the field of building condition assessments and reserve fund studies and specializes in the practice of building science and restoration engineering, with a background in structural and building systems engineering.
