Engineers and Geoscientists BC’s Communicable Disease Prevention Policy is now in place which allows for in-person external meetings and events. There are specific safety protocols that must be followed by all attendees including a requirement that all attendees of an in-person event to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Vaccination status will be confirmed by the meeting organizer upon arrival at the event location.

Event Description

Join the Vancouver Island Branch for its annual general meeting. This is a great opportunity to meet and mingle with the executives and other members. Following the formal branch business, there will be a social mix and mingle.

  • 5:00 PM: Social Mix and Mingle
  • 5:30 PM: Update From Chair
  • 6:00 PM: Election and Branch Business
  • 6:30 PM: Closing Remarks and Social Mix and Mingle

Event Description

Attendance may take place in-person at VIU in the Royal Arbutus Room or virtually through Microsoft Teams.

Please note that vaccination status will be checked upon arrival of all in-person attendees. Parking fees will be waived by VIU. Specific parking instructions will be emailed to registered in-person attendees.
