Compliance Rate for Annual Reporting 90%

The rate is similar to the 91% compliance last year, and the results show a very high number of registrants have been diligent in completing their AR by the deadline. As part of the AR experience, registrants are given an opportunity to provide feedback. Over 80% of respondents rated their reporting experience as positive or excellent, and 64% of respondents found the email content to be very helpful.
Over 4,400 registrants responded to the survey. Engineers and Geoscientists BC is reviewing the feedback to enhance future reporting years.
Late Reporting
Registrants who missed the reporting deadline must submit their AR and pay a late fee by September 30 to avoid suspension. The late fee is paid within the AR System as the final step prior to submission.
Registrants who have not completed their AR by December 31, 2025, will have their registration cancelled.
Registrants can go to their Account Dashboard to review the status of reporting requirements. Requirements that are highlighted in yellow with a "late" status need to be addressed.
Registrants who missed the reporting deadline due to an extenuating circumstance or experiencing financial hardship may be eligible for a late fee waiver. More details are provided here.
