This fee schedule supersedes all previously published price lists or communications.
Below, you will find a comprehensive breakdown of our fees. These fees go towards the costs associated with regulating the professions, developing educational resources and guidelines, and protecting the public.
Important Information Pertaining to All Fees
- All prices are subject to GST
- The Professional Engineering and Geoscience Practice in BC Online Seminar is subject to GST and PST
- All prices are in Canadian dollars
- All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), online banking (Bank of Montreal, TD Canada Trust, RBC Royal Bank, and Scotiabank), and cheques are accepted

- Applications received without the appropriate fee will not be processed
In some circumstances, individuals who are experiencing financial hardship that renders them unable to pay the full annual fee amount are eligible to apply for a reduced annual fee.

A.1 Trainee: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Geoscientist-in-Training (GIT)

Notes Regarding Annual Fees:
- *A practising professional registrant, professional licensee, or trainee who is renewing their registration and who is experiencing financial hardship that renders them unable to pay the full annual fee is eligible to apply for a reduced annual fee.
- Annual fees will be prorated for applicants whose application is granted at a time other than the beginning of the annual fee cycle.
- The reduced non-practising fee may not be further reduced. It may be waived due to a medical condition that renders the registrant or limited licence holder unable to work. A practising professional registrant or professional licensee holder who changes to non-practising status during the calendar year after paying full annual fees for practising status will not receive a rebate or credit.
- A late fee of 15% will be charged for annual fees paid after the due date of January 1.
