Annual General Meeting
The AGM is an opportunity for registrants to hear from the Board and senior staff about the organization’s strategic progress, key initiatives, and financial standing. It also provides a chance for registrants to bring forward motions for the consideration of the Board.
All registrants are encouraged to attend and participate in the AGM. Students and members of the public are welcome to attend as observers.
Registration
Registration for the AGM is now open. All participants must pre-register to attend by noon, October 20, 2025. Limited late registration will be accepted, as space permits.

Motion Submission
Registrants are welcome to submit motions for consideration at the AGM. If you wish to submit a motion, please begin by reading the Motion Submission Guide, and then complete the Motion Submission Form. The deadline to submit a motion is 5:00pm, Saturday, September 27, 2025.
