The Women in Engineering and Geoscience Division supports 30 by 30, Engineers Canada’s initiative aimed at increasing the representation of women within the engineering field. This initiative has a goal of raising the percentage of newly licensed engineers who are women to 30% by the year 2030.

The Women in Engineering and Geoscience podcast & book club is for the people who are interested in sparking conversations about women and the workplace.
The club is run primarily through the volunteer efforts of the division executive committee. Sessions are hosted via teleconference so that division members across the province can discuss and connect on the book together.
