Compliance and Fees
Registrants who miss the annual reporting deadline and/or fail to meet their CE requirements will be required to pay the Late Reporting and/or Late Completion fee before submitting their annual reporting.
All registrants are encouraged to complete their CE requirements before the June 30 deadline and then submit their annual reporting once complete. However, if this is not possible, registrants can avoid the additional late reporting fee by submitting their annual reporting on time (by June 30) and using the additional time until the late completion deadline of September 30 to fulfill their CE requirements.
The table below shows the reporting options available to Registrants and the fees associated with each decision.

Late Reporting (Annual Reporting)
Late reporting fees apply to registrants who complete their annual reporting after the June 30 deadline. Registrants who fail to report by September 30 will have their registration automatically suspended and are no longer a registrant in good standing. Registrants who fail to report by December 31 will have their registration automatically cancelled.
Late Completion (Continuing Education)
Registrants who do not meet their CE requirements by the June 30 deadline will have until the late completion deadline of September 30 to fulfill their CE requirements, after which time their registration will be automatically suspended. Late completion fees will apply for registrants who complete their CE requirements during the late period.
1 Fees are subject to change. For the most current information, please see the Current Fee Schedule.
