Optional Multifactor Authentication Coming October 1
Starting October 1, Engineers and Geoscientists BC will be rolling out multifactor authentication (MFA) for online account holders. This feature will be optional and is part of our ongoing commitment to safeguard and enhance account security against unauthorized access.

To enable MFA, users can click “Change your multifactor authentication setting here" on the Update Personal Information page.

To use MFA, account users will be required to open the authenticator app on their mobile device and enter a one-time code in addition to their normal password to log in.
