Professional engineer (P.Eng.), professional geoscientist (P.Geo.), professional licensee engineering (P.L.Eng.), and professional licensee geoscience (P.L.Geo.) designations required to independently practice professional engineering or professional geoscience in British Columbia.

Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia's Student Program is available to students enrolled in an engineering or geoscience bachelor’s degree program.
Reinstatement of Status
Professional engineer (P.Eng.), professional geoscientist (P.Geo.), professional licensee engineering (P.L.Eng), and professional licensee geoscience (P.L.Geo.), engineer-in-training (EIT), and geoscientist-in-training (GIT). For current and former registrants, non-practising registrants and trainees who wish to reinstate their status.

Bridging Pilot Program
Engineers and Geoscientists BC has developed a pilot bridging program that is designed to allow experienced professional licensees (engineering) to demonstrate that they have met the academic requirements for full professional status and help them obtain a professional engineer (P.Eng.) designation.
