2026 Public Opinion Survey
The annual Public Opinion Survey will continue to gauge the public’s knowledge and awareness of the engineering and geoscience professions as well as Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
The survey will also measure public perceptions and their level of trust in the professions and the organization.
Key Milestones
April 2026: The survey launched on May 19th and closed on June 2, 2026
July 2026: Results are analyzed throughout the summer months
September 2026: Reporting results and next steps
What's Next
A What We Heard report will be developed over the summer and shared with the public in the fall.
