After 30 years of administrative support from Engineers and Geoscientists BC, the Foundation will operate and become a fully independent organization under its new name: Engineering and Geoscience Education Foundation BC. The Engineering and Geoscience Education Foundation BC (EGEFBC), formerly the Engineers and Geoscientists BC Foundation, is a registered charity that promotes education in engineering and geoscience through the granting of bursaries and scholarships. The Foundation is administered by a Board of Directors. It encourages the involvement of external donors and partners, including branches, in establishing and funding other bursaries and scholarships.
The Foundation was chartered in 1994. Since its inception, registrants and firms have generously donated, which has enabled the Foundation to expand the number and value of undergraduate scholarship programs.

Note: Cheques must be made payable to "Engineering and Geoscience Education Foundation BC". Please indicate in a memo if the donation should be directed to a specific scholarship or bursary. Donations are tax deductible under CRA regulations.
Donate at Time of Registrant Renewal
During the annual renewal period, registrants will be able to donate by indicating a chosen amount or selecting from pre-set amounts. Tax receipts are provided for donations over $20.
